Sam truly out did himself this time. He has been my go-to computer tech for years. Sam dug a drench which is hidden to run a cable to my garage that does not have power in order to install a camera. I could not be happier with my outdoor security cameras. The customer service was top-notch and the product exceeded my expectations. When my laptop suddenly shut iff as i started to work on taxes late one rainy Saturday afternoon, we found Sam in a search for repair shops. We brought it right over and within 90 minutes he diagnosed a battery issue, fixed it, and had us on our way by dinner. Sam is personable, knowledgeable, and a fantastic resource for anyone with a computer. Would call again without hesitation.

Sam is awesome, he didn't upsell me. He was genuine and knowledgeable he got everything done in 2 hrs and even was able to deliver my laptop next day so it was more convenient for me, I am very happy with the service and my laptop is running great I wasn't sure if I should update my memory but he assured me all I needed was a clean up, again didn't up-sell me for no reason. If I you need an honest IT guy I'd def give him a call!

Did a great job fast. I needed to replace the hard drive and the memory and the battery in my laptop. He did it within 3 hours and everything works great. Prompt communication, good explanations, reasonable price.
My laptop's keyboard died. Well, it didn't die. It began displaying the wrong keys. When I pressed 'f', '3' would show up. It was awful. I thought I'd be resourceful and buy the replacement keyboard to install it myself. Then, I watched a YouTube video on how to do it. That changed my mind. I reached out to Sam at JEGS and he was happy to do it. He took a couple of hours to do what would have taken me days (especially after I lose the most important screw and have to open it back up because I forget to connect something correctly). My gaming pc was having issues that eventually escalated to the computer being unusable. I have never experienced a computer service like JEGS. When my Chromebook crashed Sam had no hesitation as to what was wrong. We are fortunate to be within driving distance so dropping off the computer was such a convenience. He was courteous, knowledgeable, honest and patient..
